Design an Environmentally Sound Package

Understanding the positive and negative aspects of packaging and how we, as consumers, can make a difference in influencing the increased use of environmentally friendly packaging, is critical to the environment.

  Here are some suggestions for designing a package: In small groups, design your own environmentally sensitive package, or redesign a badly constructed package Pick a product and design a safe, efficient and attractive (or at least interesting) package, including label, logo, instructions/ingredients, etc... Create an ad for the product which tells consumers the advantage of the packaging.
