Use of PITCH-IN CANADA Trademarks and logos
The Organization's logos (PITCH-IN, Civic Pride, 20-Minute Makeover, OPERATION: Clean Sweep, Clean Up The World, Clean World Award, Clean Beaches and others) are registered trademarks.The following restrictions apply to their use by organizations other than PITCH-IN CANADA.

PITCH-IN LOGO

Non-Profit Groups and Schools

The PITCH-IN logo may be used to promote the PITCH-IN campaign by non-profit groups and schools without having to receive written permission from PITCH-IN CANADA as long as the logo incorporates PITCH-IN CANADA’s url  (www.pitch-in.ca) and trademark symbol below the logo. This right to use the PITCH-IN logo is not transferable to any other user, including municipal governments and commercial or profit making organisations.

The logo may be reproduced by non-profit groups and schools after outlining the intended usage in writing and after receiving written permission from PITCH-IN CANADA . The final product which incorporates the PITCH-IN logo may not be used by, or associated with, commercial enterprises and the final product which incorporates the logo must be made available free of charge.

Municipal Governments
The logo may only be used by local governments who are current supporters and Patrons of PITCH-IN CANADA and upon the conditions imposed on its use from time to time by PITCH-IN CANADA. Contact PITCH-IN CANADA for details. For information about the becoming a Patron click here

OPERATION: Clean Sweep LOGO

Non-Profit Groups and Schools

The PITCH-IN CANADA Week Campaign logo can be used to promote the PITCH-IN Week Campaign by non-profit groups and schools without having to receive written permission from PITCH-IN CANADA.

The logo may be reproduced by these organisations, without receiving written permission from PITCH-IN CANADA, as long as the logo is not used by, or associated with, commercial enterprises and only if the final product which incorporates the logo is made available free of charge.

Municipal Governments
The PITCH-IN CANADA Week Campaign logo can be used to promote the PITCH-IN Week Campaign by municipal governments without having to receive written permission from PITCH-IN CANADA.

The logo may be reproduced  as long as the logo is not used by, or associated with, commercial enterprises and only if the final product which incorporates the logo is made available free of charge.





 

The 20-MINUTE MAKEOVER LOGO

The logo may only be used by local governments who are Patrons of PITCH-IN CANADA and upon the conditions imposed on its use from time to time by PITCH-IN CANADA. The logo may be downloaded from the secure website for Municipal Patrons. Contact PITCH-IN CANADA for details.

 

The ecoActive School LOGO

The logo may only be used by schools who have qualified and are registered as an ecoActive School with PITCH-IN CANADA. Registration is free if schools qualify for the program.
 

The Civic Pride LOGO

The logo may only be used by local governments who are Patrons of PITCH-IN CANADA and upon the conditions imposed on its use from time to time by PITCH-IN CANADA. The logo may be downloaded from the secure website for Municipal Patrons. Contact PITCH-IN CANADA for details.
 

B.    Commercial, for profit, Users


Commercial use of any of the PITCH-IN CANADA logos requires the user to outline in writing to PITCH-IN CANADA the intended usage of the logo(s) and receive written permission from PITCH-IN CANADA to use the logo(s) in the manner described. A usage charge may apply.
 

C.    Media


The media, without receiving permission or notifying PITCH-IN CANADA of their intention to, may use the PITCH-IN or OPERATION: Clean Sweep logos or public service advertising to inform the public about any part of the PITCH-IN CANADA program.
