License Agreement

The logo(s) and visual identity which you have requested to download (the "Logo") is the property of PITCH-IN CANADA. (referred to individually or collectively, as the context requires, as "PITCH-IN") and are subject to applicable copyright and trademark laws. Subject to your agreement by clicking "I agree" below where indicated, PITCH-IN CANADA grants you a non-exclusive and non-assignable license to reproduce and copy the Logo in conjunction with or inclusion in: (a) advertisements, newspaper and magazine articles, or television programs or segments which relate or refer to PITCH-IN; or (b) reports, brochures, flyers, posters or other documents prepared at the request of PITCH-IN or (c) reports, brochures, flyers, posters or other documents prepared by you which refer to PITCH-IN CANADA or (d) web materials which promote or refer to PITCH-IN and only where the Logo is hyperlinked to PITCH-IN’s url www.pitch-in.ca.

Except as permitted in this license, you shall not otherwise modify, use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute in any way the Logo. Without limiting the foregoing, this license does not permit any use by you of the Logo in conjunction with or relating to wares or services manufactured, sold, leased, hired, performed, distributed or advertised by you for profit, nor does this license permit you to use the Logo in a manner that would suggest your organization is a commercial sponsor of, or related to, PITCH-IN CANADA and/or any of its programs, nor does this license permit you to use the Logo in a manner that would likely to have the effect of depreciating the value of the goodwill attaching thereto.

PITCH-IN reserves the right to terminate this license at any time. Upon termination all rights as set out in this license shall cease and you shall erase or destroy all copies of the Logo in your possession. You will indemnify PITCH-IN and hold PITCH-IN harmless from and against any and all claims which a third party may assert against PITCH-IN by reason of or as a consequence of your use of the Logo, except to the extent such use by you was for inclusion in reports, brochures or other documents prepared at the request of PITCH-IN. In this license, references to "you" mean you personally or, if you are acting within the scope or course of your employment, "you" includes your employer.

Clicking "I Agree" where indicated below constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of this license. If you click "I disagree" you will not be permitted to download the Logo.
