PITCH-IN CANADA's programs are volunteer driven....that's what makes them so successful. However, PITCH-IN CANADA operates with financial support from local governments and our other supporters.

The Benefits of Becoming a Patron

if your community registers for PITCH-IN CANADA Week you are guaranteed free garbage bags for participating groups and schools in your community if you register by the March 15 deadline.

Note: by becoming a Patron your community is NOT automatically registered for PITCH-IN CANADA Week - you must register separately, either on-line or by mail before March 15. IF there are garbage bags left over after March 15 your registration, if received later than the deadline, will receive priority but we can not guarantee a supply of bags after March 15.

The Cost

The cost of becoming a Patron is dependent on your community's population. That makes it fair for all and enables even the smallest villages or hamlets to become a Patron.
